A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive program(s) offered by the institution, including how each program addresses the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of sustainability:
MBA Sustainable Business Practices students and faculty travel internationally to investigate business and sustainability practices from a global perspective. A trip is part of the required Global Economics course that is co-delivered with partnering universities abroad. In recent years, students have traveled to Asia, South America, Central America, the Nordic countries, Central Europe and Central America to investigate global best practices as well as opportunities and challenges in emerging economies.
Duquesne University also hosts a number of "Maymester" trips studying ecosystems in Belize and Tanzania.
