Information for the inventory was obtained via Parkhurst Dining Services. They provided us with what they refer to as their "Know Your Source" Report. Parkhurst also provided us with an inventory of all of the plant-based foods purchased at Duquesne. This inventory includes purchases from June 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. After March, there were no more dining purchases made as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
