A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
Aramark at Durham College uses our local farmers with as much as they can supply us with. We use such farmers as Geissberger Farmhouse Cider, Gallery on the Farm, Pingle's Farm Market, Hy hope farm and Ashton Maple products. We also serve fair trade coffee in our Express coffee concepts.
