Although Durham College does not have an official EPEAT policy, directive or guideline, we do have a clause within our purchasing policy which states that preference will be given to "greener" purchases.

We include language in RFP’s that Electronic equipment must meet Green Procurement Goods and Services guidelines.
All desktop, laptop, and thin client devices are purchased from the IT standards list. These devices are all EPEAT certified.
