Croatan Dining Hall has been awarded LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Ross Hall (School of Dental Medicine) has been awarded LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Minges Auxiliary Gym was renovated in August 2013 and has been awarded LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Coastal Studies Institute has been awarded LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) in December 2012.
Belk Residence Hall was demolished and replaced with the Gateway Residence Halls, which were awarded LEED Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) in July 2015.
Health Science Campus Student Services Building was designed to LEED Silver Certification standards and is scheduled for building occupancy in July 2017.
Main Campus Student Union and Parking Garage has been designed to LEED Silver Certification standards and is scheduled for building occupancy in Fall 2018.
