Our Commitment: In line with its 2016-2019 Strategic Plan, ÉTS wishes to become a place for the emergence of globally recognized research networks and niches. These objectives require the recruitment of high-level candidates with the potential to innovate and contribute to the development of research projects. Creativity and excellence being the primary qualities of teaching and research staff, ÉTS wishes to integrate into its academic activities anyone who has innovation at heart, and is committed to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in all its activities. These values will be incorporated into the new strategic planning with greater strength.
ÉTS Development Fund Investment Policy:
- The purpose of the HETSDF is to ensure the maintenance of standards of excellence in higher education through the financial participation of Industry, the business community, the academic community, alumni, and the general public. It does this by building strategic alliances with these partners, while collecting contributions from these donors.
- This policy is intended to contribute to sound management and optimal return on funds. The objective with respect to investments is to protect capital and ensure optimal returns.
