A brief description of the policies and procedures that ensure community stakeholder engagement is applied systematically and regularly across the institution’s activities:
There are 3 advisory boards: Beverly, NYC, and a Parent Advisory Board. The Beverly Board is made up primarily of area business people. The NYC Advisory Board is made up of alumni and parents. And the Parent Advisory Board is made up of current parents.
These groups meet 3-4 times a year each. Meetings take place with the College President and Executive team.
Outcomes of these three groups do lead to new internship opportunities for Endicott students and curriculum recommendations for both the undergraduate and graduate schools.

In addition, the Endicott's Keys to Degrees, a residential program for single parents, has connections to other programs via Endicott President's participating in a national organization called the "Center for Residential Student Programs."
