The Gallup Faculty and Staff Experience survey was conducted in April 2022, which assesses:

~ Workplace Connection (relationships, recognition)
~ Supervisor Support
~ Development and Career Advancement Opportunities
~ Salary
~ Well-being including Burnout
~ Flexible Work Experience
The Gallup survey was first administered in 2022 to all Mason employees by Human Resources with a plan to administer the survey every 2 years. The 2022 response rate was 32%.

The Faculty and Staff Engagement team reviews the survey data and makes the reports available to all supervisors with 5+ employees who responded to the survey. Training is available to help supervisors analyze results and create action plans.
