Georgia Tech evaluates positions against peers and industry standards in order to appropriately reward its employees and to remain competitive. Georgia Tech implemented a new program in March 2011. This program included new job descriptions, titles, and pay ranges that are built to match the market place where we compete for talent. Every year, these structures are reviewed and updated based on market movement.
