We participate in the annual Formula Hybrid (Electric Class) and FSAE Electric competitions which take place in Loudon, New Hampshire and Lincoln, Nebraska respectively. Designing the car, working with a team, learning manufacturing tools and techniques, and innovating with new technologies are all part of the experience! Our mission is to provide knowledge, develop skills, host events, and facilitate connections for all our members in their pursuit of this vision. Many of these programs and events are coordinated in partnership with the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business and the Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ILE). The Scheller MBA Chapter has over 80 members from the Evening and Full Time MBA programs and is part of the global Net Impact system with over 300 global chapters. This club is MBA only membership. Outdoor Recreation Georgia Tech - ORGT is community of students, staff, and alumni committed to creating meaningful outdoor adventures for GT students. We are not an outdoor club. We are a team of 240 volunteers & staff who provide the campus with enriching adventure experiences including 120 day and overnight trips, 19 multi-day expeditions each year, and a host of training experiences like kayak roll school, the CRC climbing wall, and Wilderness First Aid classes. We strive to deliver these at the highest levels of the outdoor industry. ORGT is a serious community dedicated to pushing boundaries purposefully, managing risks responsibly, and providing quality outdoor recreation and meaningful experiences to Georgia Tech.

Students Organizing for Sustainability bring sustainability-oriented people together to inspire positive change in the community, with our various events including Guest Speakers, Green Meetings, and those hosted by three committees (Community Garden, Fridays for Future, Eco-Warriors). The Community Garden committee runs the Community Garden at Georgia Tech and volunteers with other Atlanta environmental organizations. The community garden is located on the east wall of the Instructional Center and north of the Campus Center. Some of the events we host/attend throughout the year include garden workdays (all levels welcome), Trees Atlanta volunteering, de-stress yoga, and sustainable DIY-events.

New Submission: Starter Bikes is a bicycle co-operative shop on GT's campus. Starter Bikes teaches people how to fix and maintain their bike by providing equitable access to used bikes, parts, and tools. Starter Bikes also has bikes for sale almost every Friday during open hours, although quantity varies with the season. Bikes sold are donated and/or collected as part of the Georgia Tech bike abandonment program. Starter Bikes is a volunteer organization run entirely by Georgia Tech students.

Serve-Learn Sustain Liam’s Legacy Symposium Series - The Liam's Legacy Symposium honors the memory of Liam Rattray, an outstanding and socially-committed Georgia Tech Honors Program student who was tragically killed by a drunk driver just a few weeks after his graduation, in 2011. We mourn his death, but we also celebrate his life in this annual event that carries his name and draws upon his legacy of engagement and activism.
