A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
Employee satisfaction is assessed annually through an online university-wide employee engagement survey facilitated by Student Education and the contracted organization the Huron Group.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
After the results of the survey are compiled, the results are shared publicly at a town hall. The university leaders (President’s Cabinet, Deans, and Department Directors) are asked to create action plans to continuously monitor and communicate progress regarding the findings of the Employee Engagement assessment.
