A brief description of the plan:
Gettysburg college has made available facilities for cyclists. Biking to work is encouraged through "national bike to work week". Bike locks are sold in the campus bookstore.
The College has partnered with the local community to support a bike path through the town of Gettysburg. Part of the path would come through the College campus. Upon completion of the path students will be able to travel more freely and safely to local businesses and historical sites.
