A brief description of how the physical campus plan or amendment includes sustainability:
Our campus plan encourages building reuse versus new construction. The full master plan that stretches the next 30 years, still protects keeps over 75% of the college's green space.
While developing the campus master plan we also created our storm water master plan and utility master plan. Both plans are centered on protection of our campus environment. Storm water plan focuses on installation of recharge beds and water storage for irrigation. Utility plan identifies the age of our mechanical systems and opportunities for use of renewable resources.
