GVSU's employee compensation is assessed by both a Faculty Salary and Budget Committee (http://www.gvsu.edu/facultygov/faculty-salary-and-budget-committee-fsbc--17.htm) and an Administrative Professional Salary and Benefits Committee (http://www.gvsu.edu/ap/ap-salary-benefits-committee-overview-207.htm). The student body also has a University Academic Senate which assesses personnel policies and budgets (http://www.gvsu.edu/studentsenate/university-academic-senate-84.htm). GVSU also offers a competitive benefits package, including health and wellness incentives and resources.
