Does the institution have an ongoing program that offers incentives for academic staff in multiple disciplines or departments to develop new sustainability courses and/or incorporate sustainability into existing courses? :
Yes

A brief description of the incentive program(s):
The "Sustainable Leadership Initiative" (https://www.iese.edu/faculty-research/initiatives/sustainable-leadership/) is committed to impacting a broad audience by connecting with industry, other like-minded research initiatives and the public at large to promote sustainable leadership while developing learning and materials for the IESE community.
The Outreach:

- Sustainability-Focused Learning and Materials

- Collaboration with Sustainability Research Initiatives

- Gatherings with Finance, Company and Community Leaders

The "Leadership Team" and "Academic Contributors" Leadership Team can be found on the wbsite: https://www.iese.edu/faculty-research/initiatives/sustainable-leadership/

The Sustainable Leadership Initiative launched (in the academic year 2022- 2023) 2 editions (English & Spanish) of the new focused program "Sustainability & ESG Program" with 46 y 32 participants respectively.

Five (5) IESE professors structured this focused program around the following topics:

- A fundamental understanding of environmental sustainability, social issues including diversity, equity, and inclusion, and how corporate governance fits into the equation.

- How ESG has emerged in recent years and the specific role that financial institutions including funds such as Black Rock, banks, and insurance companies.

- ESG materiality and its implication for business strategies

- Impact on supply chains and the circular economy

- The role that sustainability has in value creation for different stakeholders and the importance of collaboration in that context

- How to develop sustainable products and services

- The leadership issues connected to making progress on ESG

Therefore, IESE provides the "space" and "time" for its professors so that they can develop content to offer new courses on sustainability. The "Sustainability & ESG Program" is an example of that.
