A brief description of the management system:
ISU uses Metasys, a product of Johnson Controls, to centrally track energy consumption and performance in 85% of its buildings. Real-time data is available online, along with consumption benchmarks to compare the data to. Metasys also allows for automation of utilities in buildings, and individual buildings may change their utility schedules using this central system.
