A brief description of the program:
ISU offers the opportunity for multiple cars to “share” a parking permit, if they are a part of a carpool. Van pool riders share the cost of one parking permit for the van and it is included in the monthly fee they pay. Thus, a discount is offered since not everyone has to buy a permit.
