In compliance with occupational health safety and hygiene regulations, a Safety and Hygiene Commission (CSH) has been integrated into each campus that carries out periodic and planned tours of the campus facilities with the main purpose of identifying and reporting dangerous or unsafe conditions, as well as unsafe acts in the workplace.
The findings and opportunities for improvement are recorded in documented minutes of this verification for follow-up in action plans, where those responsible are defined, who report and monitor the progress through key performance indicators for top management, these reports must contain at least:
• Reports of risk agents, dangerous or unsafe conditions and identified unsafe acts.
• Results of research on the causes of occupational accidents and diseases, and
• Measures to prevent them, based on the provisions, regulations and applicable hygiene, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Coordinate investigations into the causes of work accidents/incidents and occupational diseases.
• Prepare the corresponding minutes at the end of each verification tour, together with the Secretary of the Commission.
• Deliver to the National HSE Director of the TEC of Monterrey the minutes of the verification tours to jointly analyze the proposed measures to prevent accidents/incidents and occupational diseases.
• Monitoring of the establishment of the measures proposed by the Commission related to corrective actions and prevention of occupational risks.
• Observe, correct, and report any deviation from current safety, hygiene and occupational health regulations.
• Follow-up and monitoring once the measures proposed by the Commission have been established
- Actually is being prepared a projecto to deploy a OH&S Manual which will contain general rules and guidelines required by law for the workplaces at TEC nationwide and the projecto to implement an OH&S Management System based on ISO 45001 as part of HSE central strategy for the school- dycle2024 - 2025.

Currently there´s a process for identification and evaluation of compliance with regulations and standards, both internal and external, is being developed at Tec de Monterrey.
This process requires alignment with the support team of the Vice Presidency of Integrity and Compliance for the identification of legal requirements. standards and regulations of safety, occupational health, hygiene and work environment.
The result is the integration of HSE requirements into a Matrix of Internal Regulations and External Regulations, as well as the identification of HSE Mexican regulatory requirements for self-assessment through the External Regulations Checklist on each campus.
