At Tecnológico de Monterrey, we are committed to training people who are aware of their actions and the ethical responsibility that this entails. Therefore, we promote respect for human dignity, as well as honest, consistent and responsible behavior in our community.  At ETHOS, you can safely and reliably report breaches of ethics and our values, contributing to the strengthening of respect, honesty and integrity.

- Prepanet: An online high school designed for students with limited financial resources who cannot attend traditional schooling.
- Consejo de Acciones por México: A student group at the Mexico City Campus focused on empowerment and social enterprise.
- Mati Tec: A program aimed at transforming teaching in public primary schools in Mexico through a digital platform, mobile devices, and teacher involvement, funded by various partners.
- Voces Anónimas: An academic project where students document diverse perspectives from different social contexts, resulting in books published in collaboration with Editorial Porrúa and Fondo para la Paz
- He for She: A Mexico City Campus group aligned with UN Women's guidelines to raise awareness on gender equality within and beyond the campus.
- PRIDE: A group at Mexico City Campus dedicated to breaking stigmas against LGBT+ individuals, offering support, mentoring, and fostering a sense of community.
- VITA-app: An app that promotes a healthy lifestyle for the elderly with alarms and reminders for daily activities.
- Childcare Centers: Daycare and early childhood education centers in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, and State of Mexico to support working parents.
- Equality Committee: A committee at Tec de Monterrey aimed at promoting gender equality, inclusive language, education on equality, equity, and female leadership, and fostering active participation from women.
- Inclusive Recruiter Course: A course aimed at training recruiters and suppliers on inclusive hiring techniques.
- Talento Certification: A degree program created by EGADE Business School in partnership with Movimiento Congruencia to design projects for workplace inclusion of people with disabilities.
- Project Accessibility of Spaces: An initiative started in 2015 to make Tec campuses and offices 100% inclusive.

 

For the third consecutive year, Tecnológico de Monterrey received the “Best Places to Work LGBT+ 2023” certification and is once again the only educational institution in Mexico to receive this distinction from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC).
