A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the inventory:
Using the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development criteria, the Provost sent out an email to all faculty requesting them to disclose if their course content covered those elements and further, if the sustainability content focus comprised 2 weeks or more of classtime. Additionally, Provosts Office staff conducted a careful review of the complete course catalog tp review course descriptions, and if necessary, requesting syllabi. Based on these two approaches, a complete list of sustainability focused and related course offerings was completed.
