A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Ithaca College collaborated with Cornell University, the Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council, the City of Ithaca, and EcoVillage at Ithaca to create Ithaca Carshare, a local independent carsharing organization which has grown to a fleet of 15 vehicles around the city of Ithaca, including a vehicle on the Ithaca College campus.
