A brief description of the post-consumer food waste composting program:
There are composting bins in all three board dining halls and the Food Court on campus. In addition, compost collection stations are located near the Park Center for Business Sustainable Cafe and the coffee kiosk in the Park School of Communication. Compost collection is built into the recycling stations in the Peggy R Williams Center and the Park Center for Business, both LEED Platinum-certified.
