Of the institution's uncertified building space, what percentage of floor area is maintained in accordance with an energy management or benchmarking program? (0-100):
100

A brief description of the energy management or benchmarking program:
While we do not use dashboards or other analytics tools, via our building automation system and utility, JCCC staff track and maintain extensive data on energy consumption by building to meet campus energy goals, preparing regular, comprehensive reports for the campus community. Starting in summer 2017, we began implementation of a new building automation system for 100% of our square footage that will provide better analytics and control of our chiller plant, HVAC, and lighting equipment. This process has already shown significant cost savings and reduction in energy use. Information on PowerSwitch, the JCCC energy management program, is available here: http://www.jccc.edu/sustainability/campus-initiatives/energy.html Data are also reported through NACUBO/APPA and the Key Facilities Metrics Survey, a screenshot of which is provided below.
