A brief description of the enterprise:
The Level Coffee House is a student run enterprise managed and operated by students. For the past two years the coffee house has been managed by Environmental Studies students, so there have been many sustainability-focused events and specials. The Level is a Fair Trade coffee house so social sustainability is a primary focus of the endeavor.
