Kings excessive idling policy prohibits the idling of vehicles for more than 60 seconds where outside temperatures are reasonably warm (above -10 degrees Celsius).
Idling can be reduced by "warm up" idling 60 seconds or less before driving away or turning engine off if parked for more than 60 seconds during reasonably warm weather (above -10 degrees Celsius.
