The Thriving Quotient (Winter 2012) instrument we utilized for two years measures a 'diverse citizenship' scale; global perspectives and the role of 'the other' in building community. Also, the CUSC (Winter 2012) and Globe and Mail (Winter 2012) touch on campus culture and embracement of diversity.
