1st program
Resident Life Energy Reduction Team/ Eco Ambassadors
A brief description of the student educators program (1st program):
This program was initiated in Spring of 2017 and continues each Fall Semester. These students also known as Eco-Ambassadors are tasked with educating peers in residence life spaces for reduction of energy. They meet people face to face, hold meetings, and post information up around residence life spaces. These Eco Ambassadors focus on sustainability education, composting etc.
A brief description of the student educators program’s target audience (1st program):
Eco-Ambassadors target audience are students around campus. Ambassadors educate their fellow students living in the residence halls about sustainable living. Eco-Ambassadors are also involved environmental clubs across campus further reaching the student population. They also attend Environmental Science and CURes events representing the university.

Sustainability Outreach Students
A brief description of the student educators program (2nd program):
Students from Green LMU participate in student outreach by giving tours around campus. These tours educate the campus population about sustainability in daily operations including the use of solar around campus, composting in residents halls, alternative transportation (solar card and bike shop), etc.

Bike Shop Transportation Student Reps
A brief description of the student educators program (3rd program):
The bike shop representatives are trained to advocate and educate their campus peers on sustainable transportation. Students are trained to repair bicycles and hold bike shop events and workshops that educate the campus. The students also work with the Director of Transportation and City Relations for ASLMU (the governing student body) and the Director of Parking and Transportation ( LMU Administration). They educate and consult with these Directors in alternative transportation methods, including bike infrastructure around campus, parking options for green vehicles ( cars, bikes, etc.), and provide additional edits for the campus Master Bike Plan.
