A brief description of the sustainable operations and maintenance policy/program and/or O+M rating system(s) used:
A comprehensive plan for the university is in place using green cleaning purchasing policy and behavior based of our green cleaning plan for the life science building. We use this program across campus. Additionally, we have Indoor air quality standards, as well as an integrated pest management plan. We do this to ensure a healthy atmosphere, optimal building performance, less resource use and green cleaning to protect health. We also use submeters on all buildings to make sure energy use is in line with billing as well as reduction controls and efficiency standard. We have rain sensors and water efficient fixtures as well as track bills to ensure our water use is tracked and low including leak detection.
