Loyola University Maryland has a social media platform to highlight sustainability events/initiatives on campus and to inform and remind the Loyola Community of sustainable lifestyle practices. Loyola's Office of Sustainability is most active on Instagram and can be found below (@greengreyhounds).

Loyola University Maryland's Office of Sustainability Newsletter covers environmental news, informative pieces on environmental issues, and a schedule of events for sustainability-related events happening on or around campus. The newsletter comes out once a month during the academic year and is sent to all subscribers via email. The newsletter is open to all. One can subscribe through the Office of Sustainability's page on Loyola's virtual hub for Student Engagement, "The Bridge."

All waste and recycling bins are accompanied by signage that includes images and descriptions of material that belongs in each type of bin. Waste and recycling signage includes a QR code that directs the viewer to more waste information on our website.

Our Fernandez Center for Innovation and Collaborative Learning is a LEED Gold-certified building and is complete with a plaque in the front of the building, which details what LEED Gold certification entails.

Loyola is a certified monarch waystation and has proper signage to illustrate this in front of the library we share with Notre Dame University of Maryland.
Signage to detail where battery recycling bins are located is scattered around Loyola's academic buildings.
Loyola's Office of Sustainability also offers printable signage for offices on campus. Specifically, we offer a "Good On the Other Side" (GOOS) signage for offices to have near their printers for paper that can be used again. We also have a sign encouraging Loyola office members to "Save a cup, bring a mug" where it is applicable. Displaying these flyers earns an office credit towards their Green Office Application. Loyola's Office of Sustainability offers students a Green Living Guide as a resource for students aiming to live more sustainably in dormitory-style living but do not know how. The Green Living Guide includes tips on energy conservation, water conservation, recycling & compost techniques, how to take advantage of sustainable dining options, and advocacy and activism resources available to them.
