We have a power purchase agreement (2MW, 25-year agreement) with an annual kWh output of 4,718,200 which started April 2023. To reflect this we counted 1/6 of the annual output towards the last fiscal year (786366 kWh).

A brief description of the on-site renewable electricity generating facilities/devices:
We have geothermal that heats and cools one of our large residence halls and classroom buildings on campus. We do not have an individual meter for this building so the kWh is an estimate based on sq. ft. of residence hall source EUI from Energy Star U.S. Energy Use Intensity by Property Type.
