A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
Luther College Library and Information Services is committed to providing training and instruction to all Luther constituencies including faculty, staff, students, and alumni. A variety of opportunities are available, including Faculty Development Sessions, Library Instruction Sessions, Product Demonstrations, Skills Training, Workshops, 1-on-1 Sessions, and Online Materials, such as articles and Atomic Learning. Human resources has also offered 12 supervisory training sessions per year in the past, covering a wide range of topics including: interview skills, management skills, tips on giving presentations, etc.
