Please note that assured reports are still subject to review by AASHE staff prior to publication, which may require additional revisions. AASHE reserves the right to withhold points for this credit if it is determined that the assurance process was clearly unsuccessful in identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors (e.g., when AASHE staff identify a significant number of issues that were either not mentioned in the completed review template or not resolved successfully).

The name, title, and organizational affiliation of each reviewer:
Rachel Brodeur, Sustainability Coordinator, Office of Sustainability, College of St. Benedict / St. John's University

A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:
The Luther College Sustainability Coordinator emailed copies of the STARS review template, and PDF and Excel documents with completed credits, to the Sustainability Coordinator at College of St. Benedict/St. John's University. This was done four weeks before a mutually agreed upon deadline for reviewing the Luther College STARS report. The two met via Zoom several times to address process questions.

The reviewer completed the review, and sent changes back to Luther College, which addressed any inconsistencies, and returned a copy of the corrected report to the reviewer for verification.
