The Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin (BFW) has presented several times on campus during brown-bag lunch sessions to offer education to the campus community on how to commute safely by bike. The BFW has provided brochures during these events. Marquette employees are regular participants in BFW’s annual Bike to Work Week and Wisconsin Bike Challenge.

The Office of Sustainability hands out a recycling brochure, Zipcar brochure, and general sustainability brochure during tabling events and presentations. The recycling brochure helps educate the campus community on single-stream recycling and the 50 percent recycling goal. The Zipcar brochure informs the community about the car-sharing partnership with Zipcar. The general sustainability brochure provides information on LEED buildings on campus, energy, and recycling while directing the community to the sustainability website for more detailed information.
