A brief description of the sustainability trainings and professional development opportunities available to staff :
The Office of Sustainability has participated in Human Resources’ GROW With Marquette programs. GROW With Marquette classes offer opportunities for personal and professional growth and are free for all Marquette employees. The Office of Sustainability gave a class/presentation on Sustainability at Marquette. This class offered information on university sustainability initiatives already in place, how employees could be more sustainable at work, and offered time for attendees to share any initiatives they would like to see on campus.
There are myriad other GROW sessions offered through the Employee Development website. GROW sessions change each fall, spring and summer semesters.
