When renovations are completed, lights are updated to LEDs, equipment is updated to more efficient models. All LEED buildings are highly optimized with a 3-stage temperature set point setback. Unoccupied and occupied are set by the building schedule. All remodels include adding occupancy sensors, N-lighting, and the highest grade of energy equipment installed.
