Unless negotiated through a collective bargaining agreement, part-time regular employees receive a similar array of benefits as the full-time regular employees except that part-time regular employees are not eligible for health/dental insurance or for the college match on retirement contributions, and their leave accruals are based on FTE. Compensation for regular part-time non-bargaining unit employees is recommended by the College President and approved by the Board of Governors. Procedures Memorandum (PM) VII-6 outlines the classification process and describes pay administration and position reviews.
