Free Bike Tune-ups
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
At least once a year, the IHP offers free bike tune-ups for students through a local bike shop. These tune-ups typically happen around Earth Day and help provide students with lower income properly care for their bikes and promote sustainable transportation. The individuals who conduct the tune-ups from the local bike shop also provide students with maintenance tips and discounts for the shop.
