IT Services has partnered with Creative Recycling Solutions (http://www.crserecycling.com/) to ensure environmentally safe disposal of institution-generated solid computer waste. CRS not only ensures that the computer equipment they collect is either repurposed or safely broken down into raw materials, they also properly dispose of any data that might have been contained on those devices. The process is initiated via work request. Creative Recycling makes regular visits to campus buildings to remove the computer waste.
