Michigan Tech purchases produce-certified organic when available. A small amount of coffee purchases come from Fair Trade. MTU obtains local produce through the local co-op, other vendors, and the Wadsworth Hall garden. MTU also incorporates plant based foods in its sustainable dining efforts.
