The Master aims to offer in-depth training on the issue of Resilience, Sustainability and Smartness. This Master integrates the concept of resilience and sustainability in an applied approach in smart urban systems not only as a goal to be achieved but also as a tool of evaluation, simulation and optimization, as well as a prevention of impact of the environmental and socio-ecological systems on the city at all scales. (In this master 3/24 courses are sustainability-inclusive and 20/24 are sustainability-focused). This master had started during the academnic year 2018/2019

In a current context that aims to respond to the industrial, environmental and energy challenges, this Master revolves around the control of the interaction between processes, structures and properties of materials in order to contribute to the technology transfer and technical assistance for the benefit of companies. Consequently supporting the economic and social development of the continent.

A brief description of the graduate minor, concentration or certificate:
Mahir center provides alternative training for selected graduate students from different backgrounds who decide to join the center voluntary. During a one year training, the center accompany these young people through notions of cultural openness, creativity, soft skills in order to create a sustainable impact in their surrounding. A certificate is delivered to those students at the end of the year.
