A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The survey was nominative and was divided into two parts.
The first part included introspective questions to measure the level of employees' satisfaction with the existing services and benefits.
The second part included forward-looking questions in order to collect as many improvement proposals as possible from employees.
According to the first part's results, some dysfunctions in the current system have been raised by many employees. Concerning the 2nd part, 30 social actions have been suggested by the employees such as :
- Benefit from preferential rates in restaurants, hotels, cinema, theatres, entertainment places for children and common transportation.
- Setting up a creche for children inside the campus.
- Benefit from school grants for employees’ children.

Some social actions have already been put in place by the HR department in favor of the UM6P employees. After the satisfaction survey launched in Jannuay 2020, other actions have been announced based on the employees requests. In July 2020, a document summarizing all the social benefits status was sent to the UM6P community as a well being guide. This document is part of the HR action plan developed to adresse the issues raised by the satisfaction survey.
