Picalty : The idea behind Picalty is to encourage a modal shift from cars to bikes, which would help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The program aims to implement an eco-friendly culture on the UM6P campus by promoting eco-mobility. Users can rent bicycles at a symbolic price, which makes the service accessible to everyone in the community.
Charging terminals : Several standard electrical plugs with dedicated parking spots are available to recharge electric vehicles in UM6P's parkings (golfettes, electric scooters...)
Golf carts : At the same time, UM6P's Auto Parc reaps benefits from modeling sustainable transportation by using electric golf carts for visits, operational interventions and more.
Bike pathways : UM6P's campus is designed to support eco-mobility. Paved path ways are connecting all buildings from dorms to classes to entertainement areas. Thus, encouraging the use of more sustainable mobility options that are offered such as bikes, electric scooters and golf carts.
Architecture : campus's housing and dorms built for staff and students are as close as they can be to work areas/classes. in that sense, UM6P's community commute to and from campus using more sustainable commuting options such as walking, cycling, carpooling and also campus shuttles.
