The Community engagement comittee consists of representatives from the Office of the President, the student's office and Registrar.

*** Speak Up Initiative :
13 Mailboxes branded "Speak Up" are placed in different points on campus. This initiative is aiming at making the voice of everyone heard anonymously on sensitive topics to which the community can be exposed at the university, including oppression, racism... After one year of the launch, 15 help requests has been adressed on different topics.
*** Lunch with the President
It's an initiative that gathers all the community around a lunch with the president in order to discuss all the concerns/problems that face the students, academic and non academic staff. During 2022, more than 110 participants have participated in this activity aiming at reinforcing the anti-oppression amoung the university community.
