The 5-year anniversary marks a significant milestone for the university as we look back on our growth, accomplishments, and the relationships built with our exponentially-growing community. We are all embarking on a new model of development improving and marching forward to a greater Morocco.

The active involvement of our community allows UM6P to further strengthen its commitments to sustainable development and revolutionized growth. In this regard, sustainable development and PR&Community Engagement entities have launched “Community engagement for a concrete sustainability”, a survey to assess the university-community connection, citizenship & social engagement, integrity & belonging, information sharing, and campus climate to maintain a lasting communication bridge and enhance diversity & equity

This survey has tackled the following themes: Communication - Sharing information, Company-Community Relations, Civic & social commitment, Integrity & Belonging, Inclusion & Diversity, and Campus Climate.

The survey results have been analyzed to be shared with the community to improve our community engagement.

Regarding information sharing, 54% of community members confirm that UM6P consistently shares its vision and goals. Townhall is an event organized for the benefit of all UM6P community members to get to know the latest news or institutional projects. In terms of civic and social engagement, the citizenship status of UM6P is assessed positively by 54% of respondents.

In terms of integrity and a sense of belonging, the current environment inspires confidence as UM6P is considered as a "Safe Place" by 77% of respondents and 76% of respondents perceive the university as a tolerant one that bans any discriminatory act.

In terms of inclusion and diversity, 89% believe that the campus respects everyone, regardless of their religion, age, gender, nationality or skin color. According to 90% of the sample, UM6P makes a lot of effort in terms of inclusion and diversity on campus.

In terms of campus climate, 87% say that all cultures are respected in their workplace and/or school. UM6P has a panoply of cultural actions such as the international students' club, the "Minute culture" program of Radio UM6P and MAHIR events. Furthermore, the majority of respondents say that infrastructure is 100% beneficial for physical health.

The assessment was analyzed by both the department to share the results with the heads of the various entities of the university. It was shared on the official website of UM6P Sustainable Development
