The National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) Institutional Repository is a digital collection of full-text materials, including journals, conference papers, research reports, course materials, and special studies, etc. The collection is available for search and use through an online platform.
In addition, the University has established an Academic Journals Resource Website to provide a collection of published journals and open access to them.

A brief description of the open access APC fund:
The University Library purchases the Read & Published e-journal program and provides APC-free services for our faculty and students for submission of the publisher's journals. In addition, the university has allocated certain budgets to help research faculties and Ph.D, students publish papers for free. The subsidy policies are as follows:

Open access journal hosting

A brief description of the open access journal hosting services:
The university has signed a few formal agreements with publishers, including Springer BMC, MDPI, and Cambridge University Press (CUP).
Our faculty members and students can publish OA articles to BMC and MDPI journals with 15% and 10% discount, respectively. The University has a Read & Publish (R&P) OA transformative agreement with Cambridge University Press, and the APC for OA articles published by our faculty members and students to CUP journals is 100% waived (no APC charges).
