NTNU OCW (http://ocw.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/) is an open and free educational platform that provides courses in general education, humanities, society, arts, education and other fields. As of 2020, NTNU has uploaded 669 courses to OCW, which also includes many sustainability courses. For example, the course "Innovative Agriculture Faces the Future "(http://ocw.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/course/view.php?id=605) (including five files)discusses the food and health security issues caused by trade liberalization, climate change and extreme weather, and how to find solutions for sustainable agriculture through interdisciplinary cooperation and innovative thinking.
