Rural education promoting program
A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome that outlines how credit criteria are met and any positive measurable outcomes associated with the innovation:
NTNU has long been committed to promoting rural education to improve the learning efficiency of children in remote and outlying islands. The special education team establishes and provides remote schools a local integrated education model by supporting information systems, on-site services, and remote consultation to help optimize the education for the physically and mentally disabled. In 2020, the "PASSION Rural Education" project won the Silver Award of the "USR University Sustainable Development Program Award" and the TCSA "Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award.
