A brief description of the institution’s formal participatory or shared governance bodies:
The University Assembly is the highest governing body of the university. There are 122 representatives which consist of 23 legal representatives, 79 faculty representatives, 1 researcher representative, 1 teaching assistant representative, 4 employee representatives, 1 manual worker representative, and 13 student representatives.
In addition, the students of the university have established a student union which consists of student congress, student council, and supervisory board. The student representatives can participate in the university affairs, such as the University Assembly.

The Center of Public Affairs is responsible for community relationship management and services, maintaining smooth communication with the community and assisting with affairs at any time, such as supporting community activities and opening campus spaces for residents to use. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency invited community members to discuss and sign a joint epidemic prevention manifesto for epidemic prevention and health education.
