Every year, the institution uses questionnaires to learn the opinions of employees, which can be used as a reference for improvement. The content of the questionnaire includes the administrative process, personal learning and growth, and job satisfaction surveys.
A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:
To enhance the administration efficiency, the results of the questionnaire will be used as a reference for evaluation of each department. In addition, the Immediate Response Center will respond and report the result to the Principal.
