A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
1. By signing a cooperation agreement with professional medical institutions, the school provides discounts on registration fees for faculty, staff and students, as well as multi-disciplinary medical and healthcare services.
2. Planning to handle multiple health promotion activities and nutrition related education and publicity
3. Faculty, staff and students can make appointments for free consultation services of individual psychologists through the e-system of counseling and counseling services of the Education Assistance Center, and the center arranges psychologists to meet and develop a case management mechanism
4. Improve health care skills and independent health management capabilities; and regularly conduct body position control classes to provide individual health and nutrition consultations
5. Ensure that women workers participate in maternal health protection plans.

1. In order to maintain the health of the school’s teachers, students and staff and promote smoke-free campuses, the implementation measures for smoke hazard prevention and control are formulated;
2. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors in all places of the school.
3. Set up no-smoking lines and no-smoking signs at the entrances of the campus, and prohibit the sale of tobacco products in all shops on the campus.
4. Use faculty and staff training workshops to strengthen the promotion and education of smoke hazard prevention and control.
5. The faculty, staff and students of this school have the obligation to discourage anyone who smokes on campus, and may report it if he or she refuse to cooperate.
6. The faculty and staff of this school who are willing to quit smoking shall provide counseling services, smoking cessation counseling or referral for treatment.
